INTERNATIONAL PRO PLAYER EXPERIENCE (IPPE)

Over a decade ago, I set out to find an international experience that aligned with the individual-focused philosophy of my technical development programs. Like many, we initially worked with traditional soccer tour companies—but it quickly became clear their focus was almost entirely on the team. That’s understandable; it’s easier to organize matches and training sessions for full squads. But that wasn’t what we had—or what we wanted for our players. If we were traveling to a country with some of the most respected soccer organizations in the world, I didn’t want our players simply observing from the outside. I wanted them fully immersed, training and playing games with English players, experiencing what it truly feels like to develop within that culture as a player. That vision became our mission: to create the very best opportunities for international players to integrate into the English soccer pathway. From the beginning, parents have been an important part of the journey—welcomed with open arms to experience it all alongside their player. Over the years, our experiences and connections have grown to a point where it no longer felt right to keep this opportunity limited to just our own players. Now, we’re ready to share it.
